I had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was great, and the service provided was top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant on the property, where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. the location, service, and room quality were excellent.

Stayed at a midtown hotel that had a pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms and an exquisite restaurant providing delicious dinners. the hotel was conveniently located near a walkable town square and was a great stopover point while traveling. the amenities were good, including a lovely pool, and the staff service was truly delightful.

Waiters’ lack of English proficiency could cause communication issues while ordering breakfast, and the beds seemed very small compared to hotel standards.

During our stay at Hotel Chicala, we were delighted with the delicious breakfast options that were included. The variety of dishes catered to everyone's taste, and it was a great way to start our day. Additionally, the hotel's peaceful ambiance and excellent amenities, including the pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. The attentive service provided by the staff was also commendable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The restaurant inside the hotel has good food options and the rooms are comfortable enough for a business trip. the location is also great, as it allows easy walking access to public transportation and the city center.

Although the hotel claims to be a 4-star accommodation, it seems more like a 3-star. the laundry service is quite expensive and we had trouble getting a clear indication of the price beforehand.

The restaurant offered delicious meals and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the surrounding area and we were able to walk to nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The pool was not well maintained and was full of debris. the language barrier made communication with staff difficult at times, particularly during breakfast which had limited options and was difficult to order.
